Quest Venture Technologies customer support is delivered by a dedicated team of IT engineers, providing both remote support and telephone support. This is further improved by regular visits to customer sites or whenever required as on the client's service.
We provide an All inclusive IT support contract, in which monthly fees are fixed. We also service clients who opt for Variable Rate agreement, where fees are determined based on requirement and client's need. We aim to deliver flexiblity in our IT support services.
In the complimentary support function, Quest Venture Technologies can extend its IT support function on an adhoc basis to suit individual clients and their organisational requirements. Some clients who have their own in-house IT personnel use Quest Venture Technologies to resolve issues such as first level support to their end user or as third level assistance (engineer support) for issues that is out of their basic IT support function.
