IT Support Professional
Employment Type: Permanent, full time employee
Work Schedule: Standard business work days, 9-6pm (Singapore Standard Time)
Work location: Quest Venture Technologies (Loyang Avenue Office) and on-site around Singapore
Professional Requirements:
- IT or Computer Science Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Training or experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP networking
Personal Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices in a diverse environment
- Ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Possess good communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette
- Able to interact well in a team environment or training capacity
- Have a strong desire to learn and be able to follow policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
Configuring and installing PCs, servers, routers and switches, connecting PCs to TCP/IP networks, installing and maintaining peripheral equipment, such as printers, modems, scanners, etc., as well as perform troubleshooting and repair of low-level PC, server, network and software issues and other hardware and software tasks as assigned both in-house and at client sites.
Salary: 1,800 - 2,600 SGD/month depending on skills and experience

IT Support Engineer
Employment Type: Permanent, full time employee

Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4yrs work experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP networking, Mac OS, Firewall and VPN technology
- Engineer level certification by some of Microsoft, Cisco, HP, VM Ware, others
Personal Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices in a diverse environment
- Ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Possess good communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette
- Able to interact well in a team environment or training capacity
- Have a strong desire to learn and be able to follow policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
Configuring and installing PCs, servers, Microsoft Exchange management, routers and switches, installing, configuring and managing TCP/IP network equipment such as VPN, firewall, switch and VoIP devices, as well as perform troubleshooting and repair of mid-level PC, server, network and software issues and other hardware and software tasks as assigned both in-house and at client sites.
Salary: from 2,600 - 4,000 SGD/month depending on skills and experience
